Floyd Malloy

Biker gangman and expert forger.

Floyd Malloy was a character added in the second seres of M.A.S.K. cartoons and toys (this means that the character didn't get much screen time). Malloy had a high pitched whiny voice and tall spiked blond hair. At some point between the second seres and the third, Floyed in his wisdom decided he hated his name and only wanted to be called "Birdman".
