Barracuda/ Jackal

A yellow motorbike that turns into a rocket glider and armed cycle. The New Magna-Beam mask produces his holographic double.

Bruno Sheppard

A kidnapping specialist and another strongman.

Bruno Sheppard was a character added in the second seres of M.A.S.K. cartoons and toys (this means that the character didn't get much screen time). Little was ever mentioned about Bruno's past, other than that his nickname is "Mad Dog". He seems to be your basic muscle for hire thug.
