An anti-aircraft gun disguised as a holding tank tower. He uses the New Torch mask. This toy was never released, though a few prototypes are said to exist.

Cliff Dagger

Demolitions expert and strongman.

Cliff Dagger was an idiot, that made everyone in the room a little dumber, just for being close to him. Dagger never remembered, or understood any of Miles Mayhem's plans. He had an eye patch, and was bald (insert your own story about him poking his eye out and burning off all his hair. The amazing thing is like Sly and Vanessa, Dagger was a part of almost every V.E.N.O.M. operation.
