Dusty Hayes is your stereotypical cowboy. He is a expert on a horse and quick with corny lines. Dusty tended to use the "Electric Ouch" cannon on his vehicle Gator, and would usually go out of his way to point out he was using, just to say "Electric Ouch". Dusty was a pizza delivery man during the day.
