Weak-willed twin brother of Miles Mayhem.Max Mayhem was a character added in the third "Racing Seres" seres of M.A.S.K. cartoons and toys (this means that the character didn't get much screen time). Maximus Mayhem is the half-wit twin brother of Miles Mayhem. The two drove a special three part vehicle. Max looked just like Miles, but had inverted colors on his fire suit and had a monocle.
