Bruno Sheppard was a character added in the second seres of M.A.S.K. cartoons and toys (this means that the character didn't get much screen time). Little was ever mentioned about Bruno's past, other than that his nickname is "Mad Dog". He seems to be your basic muscle for hire thug.
